Salon Policies

EllDan Corp Fantastic Sams are Walk-In + Appointment based salons.  Note that with COVID safety restrictions we will make an immediate appointment for Walk In customers if one is available. We value all customers equally but give scheduling priority to guests who make an appointment in advance.

Appointment / Walk-In Policy:

While we always welcome Walk-Ins, they are now treated as Immediate Appointments due to COVID. We do suggest that all guests consider booking an appointment – either on our web booking page or by calling.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

We will always send you an email and/or text (depending on your communication preference) in advance of your appointment as a reminder.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please visit your account by clicking on the available link to make appropriate changes. 

While we do not have a cancelation fee, we do urge all guests to take appointments seriously as it affects other guests’ experience.

If you are 9 minutes late for your appointment, we will put your appointment in queue with other guests, resulting in a possible delay to your start time.

Walk-ins are always welcome!  However, there may be a waiting period due to other walk-ins or appointments.  We will always offer you the opportunity to schedule an appointment at a later date to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as it is harder to fill these appointment openings with less notice. 

If you booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment, we request notice 3 hours before scheduled start time. 

If less than the required advance notice is provided, you may be required to leave a credit card on file in order to book future appointments.  If cancelling / rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice continues, a fee may be applied.

Pricing:

All prices are starting prices and may go up due to product usage and/or time required for the service.  All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

Gratuities:

Gratuity is up to the discretion of each guest.  The industry standard is 15% – 20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentives.  Cash gratuity is appreciated, though it may be added to a credit card for your convenience.  Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.

Children:

We do offer hair services to children. However, if the child is showing discomfort, we may not be able to complete the service that day. It can become a risk to your child and to our staff members.

No Children under the age of 12 are to be left unattended. Teenagers 16 and older are invited to receive services with a parent’s or guardian’s approval and appropriate paperwork.

Service Redo’s / Refund Policy

Due to the artistic nature of our business, Fantastic Sams cannot offer refunds on any services performed.  Our primary goal is to make you look and feel your best, and we will always work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

After 7 days of your visit, we are no longer able to offer adjustments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 24 hours so we can remedy the situation.

Product Refunds / Exchanges

We believe our products are the best that there are! Products are designed to improve the condition of the hair, keep color lasting longer, and aid in styling. For these reasons, we will always recommend what we feel will keep your hair feeling and looking its best!

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your product, a refund or exchange can be made within 14 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt.

Clothing & Personal Items:

Robes and smocks are provided for our clients to ensure your clothes stay clean and damage free.

We will not be responsible for any damage to clothing.

Fantastic Sams is not responsible for lost personal items.

Waxing Policy:

If you are on any medications that may cause skin sensitivity and/or you have had an allergic reaction to previous waxing treatments, you must disclose this information prior to your service.  Under these circumstances, it is best to consult with a physician before scheduling waxing.

We reserve the right to refuse service based on medical concerns.  You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to waxing treatments.
